Intravenous (IV) therapies offer a targeted way to get specific treatments to your body quickly. What are they?

IV Nutrient Therapy is a simple way to treat nutritional deficiencies, particularly when it comes to vitamin and mineral supplements that are not well absorbed by the body. IV therapy safely delivers large doses of needed nutrients into a vein that would not be tolerated if administered orally.


Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD) is a metabolic coenzyme tasked with the important job of structuring, repairing, and remodeling every cell in the body. These specialized enzymes require constant replenishment in the body. Aging, certain conditions, and substance abuse all prompt the brain to “reorganize” on a cellular level in a process known as neuroadaptation. NAD Therapy replenishes those drained enzymes and targets brain restoration.


Chelation therapy offers a simple way to treat heavy metal toxicity. The chelating agent, once it enters the bloodstream, bonds with specific toxic metals, extracting them from the tissues and organs of the body and excreting the toxins through the kidneys.


How will my treatment plan work?

If you’re interested in IV therapy, you can book an appointment with us and choose a treatment!  If you’d like a customized treatment, we can run tests to determine which IV therapy would be best for you. When it’s time for your IV therapy, a small intravenous catheter is temporarily placed into a vein, and the nutrients are administered slowly. Depending on your specific dose, the treatment can take anywhere from 15 minutes to several hours. Your number of sessions and length of each treatment will be carefully calculated according to your needs.

  • What are the benefits of IV Nutritional Therapy?

    The Myers’ cocktail is one of the most commonly used IV vitamin therapies. Our Myers Cocktail consists of Magnesium, Manganese, Copper, Selenium, Zinc Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B Complex and Vitamin C. If you feel run down, “stressed out” and fatigued, you may benefit tremendously from the Myers’ cocktail. Many of our patients report that they feel completely rejuvenated after a single treatment with lasting results.


  • What are the side effects of Intravenous Therapy?

    Side effects are incredibly rare and should not be expected. On rare occasions, Intravenous Nutrient therapy effects include pain, irritation, inflammation or bruising at the injection site. Systemic complications such as an allergy to a substance can occur, but this is rare and is associated when using a solution that contains preservatives. The ingredients used in the IV nutritional therapies at BioRenew do not contain any preservatives.
